ClearyX is a tech-forward platform dedicated to reimagining how legal services can be delivered. By drawing on the insights and experience of these legal and business leaders, ClearyX’s services will closely align with client needs to address a broad range of issues.
“Following on the heels of our successful launch earlier this year, it’s exciting to reach another milestone in the life of ClearyX with the establishment of our Advisory Board,” said Cleary Managing Partner Michael Gerstenzang. “We are honored to have such an accomplished group of individuals, who bring great diversity of experience and perspectives, collaborating with us on this new venture. It is a testament not only to the progress ClearyX has already made in building efficient, tech-enabled products and services to assist clients, but also to the critical role that technology and innovation are playing and will continue to play in the legal industry.”
“At ClearyX, we are continuously working to deliver the highest-quality client service, create efficiencies and explore new ways of working that solve problems for the users of legal services,” said ClearyX CEO Carla Swansburg. “Our Advisory Board members are some of the most sophisticated consumers of legal services in the world, and we are so grateful to be able to work with them directly and learn from their experience. We want to make sure we are ‘walking the walk’ in terms of benefiting from outside voices. Our Advisory Board will be an extraordinary resource for gathering stakeholder feedback that we can then put into practice as we move ClearyX forward.”
ClearyX uses innovative combinations of people, process and project-management discipline, augmented by a range of technologies, to identify new ways to improve client experience, value and outcomes. The team is comprised of experienced legal innovators and technologists, project managers and legally trained analysts, as well as transactional subject-matter experts who understand the context in which Cleary and its clients work. ClearyX is led by CEO Carla Swansburg. Before joining ClearyX, she was Vice President and General Manager at Epiq, a global legal services company focused on e-discovery information management, legal operations, and technology. ClearyX builds on Cleary’s long history of fostering innovation and delivering value to clients, including through the firm’s distinct, successful Discovery and Litigation Technology group led by Christian Mahoney.
“It’s a pleasure to join the ClearyX Advisory Board and support the innovative work of ClearyX,” said Advisory Board member Youngro Lee, who is the EVP / Head of Asia for Republic. “We have a unique opportunity to bring together professionals from diverse backgrounds to help guide Carla and her team. It’s an exciting development for the legal profession.”
