We developed a centralized dashboard to oversee all contracts and approval workflows, alongside automated workflows routing documents through a complex 12-step approval chain. Our experts built custom automation for generating and processing agreements, seamlessly integrating with the client’s existing document management system. Additionally, we implemented interactive data visualizations providing real-time insights into contract status and key metrics, delivering enhanced operational efficiency and transparency.
