Sasha joins ClearyX as an HR Coordinator, bringing over nine years of progressive experience across diverse sectors including senior living, utilities, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining ClearyX, Sasha was an HR Coordinator at an International Award foundation and most recently in the retirement living sector where she oversaw regulatory compliance for 50 retirement homes across Canada. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sasha has been instrumental in facilitating clear communication across multicultural teams and stakeholders, ensuring inclusive and effective workplace environments throughout her career.
Sasha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English from Ryerson University and has continuously invested in her professional development, earning certificates in Leadership & Management and Counseling Skills for Mental Health from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as specialized certifications in Legal and Medical Terminology. She is currently pursuing her Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRP) from McMaster University and serves as a certified member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
