Responsible for the design and implementation of the project management framework at ClearyX, Oliver has over a decade of legal industry project management experience. Prior to joining ClearyX, Oliver worked in the innovation department of a major law firm where his work focused on legal technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Oliver’s broad legal operations experience includes managing administrative support teams, spearheading enterprise level projects and driving departmental optimization. Passionate about continuous improvement, Oliver thrives on analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that optimize workflow. He excels at leveraging software solutions and tools to foster high performing teams, while also recognizing the importance of striking a balance between operational efficiency and cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Oliver adapts the project management framework to the team and project, with a focus on streamlined used of project tools and techniques. His ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner allows for efficient and effective project engagements.

Oliver holds a Commerce undergraduate degree, a Masters in Industrial Relations and a Project Management Professional certification. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge through mentoring and training, contributing to the growth of aspiring project managers within the legal industry.
