Our client had thousands of customers with hundreds of contracts per customer across various business units spanning decades of global work. The transaction structure required comprehensive contract review to identify agreements requiring action under specific scenarios.

Solution

ClearyX collaborated with the client’s internal legal and sales teams to deploy machine learning technology that identified documents relevant to potential divestitures, acquisitions, or restructuring. The team processed batches using our AI review tool and developed a custom portal for real-time analytics and review tracking. Deep experience with similar document types accelerated analysis and improved efficiency with each subsequent batch. ClearyX further deployed automation to redact sensitive data from hundreds of documents and anonymize file names.
