Caitriona Robinson

Caitriona is the Vice President of Client Engagement at ClearyX, where she supports the strategy and execution of innovative legal technology solutions to drive exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to joining ClearyX, Caitriona held a senior global business operations role at a leading Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP). In this capacity, she supported business leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC in driving performance and ensuring alignment with annual goals. She developed sustainable business management systems, delivered key performance insights, and provided metrics-based analysis to support strategic decision-making at all organizational levels.

With over 15 years of experience spanning client development, marketing, technology, and business operations management, Caitriona brings a diverse and results-driven perspective to her leadership.  Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for mentoring and advancing women into leadership roles within the legal industry. Her commitment is reflected in her previous roles, including serving as the Global Chair of a Women’s Group and Co-Chair of an Employee Engagement Committee at a global ALSP, and Co-Lead of leadership programming for in-house women lawyers and general counsel at a Canadian law firm.

Caitriona obtained a B.A. from Maynooth University, a PGDip (P.R.) from the Fitzwilliam Institute, a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, and a Dip. in Finance from the University College Dublin.
