Adil Salomon

Adil Salomon is an Analyst at Cleary and brings his previous litigation and corporate experience to this role, while continuously keeping up to date with the latest legal technology.

Prior to joining ClearyX, Adil was an Associate at a regional litigation firm and is well versed in navigating the complexities of the litigation process, Before that, Adil worked at a prominent national law firm, where he gained experience in M&A, general corporate/commercial matters and commercial litigation. Adil’s prior legal experience provides him a well-rounded perspective to tackle future problems.

He attended Western University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Geography, before attending the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2019. Adil excelled during his time in law school, and was awarded a full Erasmus scholarship to attend the Manchester Metropolitan University on exchange, during his final year of law school. Adil also served in the Canadian Army reserves from 2010-2016.

During his time at ClearyX, Adil has been involved in providing diligence support to numerous M&A transactions and fund projects. He is continuously finding adaptive solutions to further efficiency and benefit the team.
