Violeta joins ClearyX as an Administrative Assistant with over sixteen years of experience. During this time she has worked in various environments such as clinical and business offices, post-secondary institutions, and boarding schools. This diversity in work environments has allowed her to gain skills in not only general administrative tasks, but also in creating and collaborating with the development of new processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in the workplace.
Violeta’s fluency in Spanish has routinely been utilized to provide necessary interpretation or translation required to facilitate clear communication for clients and stakeholders. Her work as a Transcriber, which included providing verbatim transcriptions or detailed notations of lectures for university students, strengthened her ability of multi-tasking and conscientiousness when working in a fast-paced environment. Violeta’s consistency and performance has led to promotions into supervisory roles, including providing relief coverage as Acting Assistant Dean at a boarding school.
Violeta graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology. She furthered her education a few years later with a diploma from Red River College as a Network Security Technician.
