Ha Nguyen is a Transaction Manager at ClearyX, where she supports the delivery and management of complex corporate transactions. She brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, having worked in both private practice and in-house legal roles. Prior to joining ClearyX, she served as M&A counsel within the legal department of a leading financial institution, where she advised the corporate development team on the structuring, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments and other transactions globally.
Earlier in her career, Ha practiced corporate law at a leading Canadian law firm. She advised public and private companies and institutional investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, financings, capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters across a range of industries.
Ha received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received several academic awards, including the Hon. William G. C. Howland Award of Excellence. She holds an Honours B.A. in Economics from Trent University, where she received the Symons Medal.
Ha is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
