Throughout her career, she has led end-to-end product launches and shaped integrated campaigns working across cross-functional teams to define positioning, set priorities and drive alignment from insight through to market. Her work has been formerly recognized in a national marketing publication and is grounded in highly regulated environments where clarity is critical.
Sonia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Winnipeg. She has a strong interest in emerging technology and stays closely connected to developments across AI, tech, and digital innovation, particularly where they intersect with client experience and modern business operations.
