KM&I for Legal 2026

ClearyX will participate in KM&I for Legal 2026, joining legal knowledge management, innovation, and technology professionals to discuss how AI and emerging technologies are changing legal work and the way firms manage and use institutional knowledge.

As part of the conference program, Carla Swansburg, Chief Executive Officer of ClearyX, will join Avi Gesser, Partner and Co-Chair of the AI, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group at Debevoise & Plimpton, for a fireside chat titled “Does the AI Era Require Lawyers to Change How They Work?”, moderated by Patrick DiDomenico, Founder and CEO of LegalTech Connect.

The session will explore whether AI can adapt to the way lawyers work or whether lawyers will need to adapt their workflows to make effective use of the technology. The discussion will also examine how firms capture the context and judgment behind legal work and use that information to build institutional knowledge that can be accessed and reused across the organization.
