HR Coordinator

ClearyX is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for human resources operations and initiatives across the business, working closely with the leadership team, managers, and employees. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

We are a fully remote team, and this role is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Scheduling interviews, preparing candidate materials, and managing communications with applicants.
  • Assisting in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of HR documentation and employee records in accordance with confidentiality requirements and applicable policies.
  • Coordinating and tracking HR projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Supporting benefits administration, performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Preparing HR reports and assisting with data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assisting with the implementation and adoption of HR technology tools and platforms.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR function and leadership team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Undergraduate or college degree or diploma required; HR certification or coursework an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
