Prior to moving to ClearyX, Grace worked as a litigation and arbitration associate for an international law firm in Asia where she gained extensive experience reviewing complex commercial agreements, drafting briefs and memoranda and appearing before courts and arbitral tribunals.
Grace thereafter spent two years as a court attorney in New York City where she handled fascinating commercial law cases and was tasked with holding discovery conferences, reviewing party submissions, researching important legal issues and drafting court decisions.
Grace holds a Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, Grace worked as a faculty research assistant, senator for the law student government and editor for the American Review of International Arbitration journal.
