Tom Field

Tom Field is a Due Diligence Analyst at ClearyX, and has a strong background in alternative legal delivery as well corporate and commercial legal practice.

Prior to joining ClearyX, Tom worked as a Senior Paralegal at a global law firm in their Transaction Services Team. It was here he first used legal technology as part of large transactions projects, recognising the value and expediency brought by it. Tom then joined another large global law firm as a Legal Solutions Manager within their Client Delivery Group. In his role, Tom leveraged legal technology to ensure that client solutions were delivered in a time- and cost-effective way.

In his role as an Analyst, Tom works closely with the deal team, assisting in the legal due diligence process. His experience allows him to have a holistic view of the client’s needs and provide innovative ways to solve client pain points.

Outside of work, Tom can be found either reading, at the gym or spending time with his dog. Tom is based in Manchester, UK.
